	My daughters 13th B-Day was a big deal for us, and we wanted it to be special. Since I am a single Mom on disability, this was a hard thing to do affordably, but we found ATS rentals online, hung a sheet on the side of the shed, and hooded up a tent... for a group of teenagers, it was a night on the town, a really big hit, and even though we spent half the night in the ER with an injury, because we weren’t charged for the weekend, the girls were able to do it the next night! 	This was the worst company I have worked with. Was promised my projector for a business meeting. When ordering was told to order it for the day of the meeting. Our meeting started at 5:30pm and the equipment arrived at the delivery site, not our meeting site at 5:35. Had to go buy a projector on the way. Called earlier in the day to inform them that the equipment didn’t arrive, was told they would call back after speaking with UPS. Sent an email and called after the meeting and was told sorry the cost is your responsibility because they can deliver until 7pm, that it is written in the website. There is no where in the contract that states they can deliver up to 7pm. It only states guarnteed delivery, what a joke and rude staff. - Debbie from Howell, Michigan Reply Comments: We’re really sorry the equipment didn’t arrive in time for your meeting. We always recommend having the equipment arrive the day before you will use it, and we don’t charge for the day it arrives. We didn’t communicate that clearly to you when you ordered, and we apologize.

	The hotel was going to charge us hundreds of dollars to rent a projector for a 10-minute slide show (it was Sunday, and they would have to pay a union worker to set it up and operate it). ATS charged us $145 including shipping! And when we ran into technical trouble (one of our guests inadvertently kicked the cord and caused a power interruption), we were able to call the 24/7 customer service on a Sunday morning and the tech walked me through what we needed to do to reset the system and get it working again. Also because of the UPS system we could have the projector sent to one city and ship it back from another city. I’d recommend ATS without reservation. - Helen from Owings Mills, Maryland

	You might make clear to customers that they don’t ship with remotes. Fantastic - they were used in a theatrical production. perfectly clear, quiet and glitch free - easy to match to each other too. 	To put it right, ATS Rental is the very best that you can find out there. Their service is very very excellent and rental prices are the best that you can find in the entire USA. I live in Durham, NC, have a wedding video business, whenever I need back up equipment, I would rent them from ATS Rentals. The equipment are always in excellent working order and the execution of dispatch is always timely, everything is arranged so that you just pack the equipment after use and take it back to the carrier for return to ATS, No problem. I like to mention the customer service team, they are very customer oriented, they listen to you, they help you and are very professional. I look no other place but ATS to help meet my video needs. I highly recommend the world to ATS to help meet their need. Look out! 	I want to just tell everyone what a great company you have. The rental process is quick, the projector got to me on the date promised. Everything was there with detailed instructions... right down to the return label and tape to close the box. The equipment was well taken care of and came in perfect condition. I had delayed my order was working under a time frame for a holiday party... so I had a lot of questions. The live chat was great as I got all the information that I needed right away.
