	ATS has some of the greatest customer service I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing! My daughter’s 15th birthday revolved around the central theme of ’’Outdoor Movie Night’’, unfortunately, due to crazy flooding between here and there, my projector was delayed and thought to be undeliverable for the weekend of the party. ATS not only resent it next day UPS, but called me personally to ensure that we had gotten it picked up and that her party went off without a hitch. EPIC WIN!!! 	This was one of the best experiences I have had with an internet purchase. It was for my mother’s 80th birthday party and we had forgotten one minor detail. So I tasked my youthful niece and nephews to find a place to do a rental that would not cost a fortune due to last minute arrangements. My neice was a litle hesitant because it was online and unsure of the reliablity. But I must say ATS was very reliable and the product was great!!! The shpping was the easiest. 	I am impressed with the prompt service. The Canon XF300 arrived intact and ready for shooting out of the box. Repacking for the trip back was straight forward and convenient. 	My experience with ATS was great I found them by just surfing the internet to find a camera lens and instead of purchasing one I ended up renting one I didn’t even know that could be done. When it was time to ship my lens for some reason it wasn’t available but they called me and shipped me another lens two days in advance. I am glad they did because I wasn’t really able to use that one and talked to the company on the phone and asked for their recommendation and received the perfect lens. They sent the lens next day so I had the lens in time for my event. Thank you so much and I will be renting from you again and soon. 	Had a fantastic experience. Was unsure if the audio config I needed to use on my video shoot would work with the equipment I wanted to rent and a tech at ATS recreated my shoot there to test it out for me!
