Workflow and Transferring Footage

After recording footage to an SxS card with a Sony camcorder, you’ll transfer the footage to your editing system, or at least to a computer for storage. The easiest way to do this is to connect the camcorder to your computer using the USB cable. The camcorder will appear on your computer as a removable disk, and you can simply transfer the files to your hard drive. You may want to install the Sony SxS Browser software on your computer to ease the transfer process.

You will be scheduled to receive the item on the first date shown, and you must re-ship the item via the included UPS pre-paid return label before 5pm on the second date shown. Days in transit, weekend days, and holidays are not charged and not counted as rental days. Only business days are shown above, because you can only receive or ship an item on a business day.
