How These Dates Work
You will be scheduled to receive the item on the "Receive on" date shown here. Delivery time depends on your local UPS route, and is rarely later than 6pm.
You must re-ship the item via the included UPS pre-paid return label before 5pm on the "Reship on" date shown here. Days in transit, weekend days, and holidays are not charged and not counted as rental days.
Only business days are shown above, because you can only receive or ship an item on a business day.

Security deposit required: None
The security deposit is a hold on your credit card, fully released when the equipment is returned on time and without damage. Multi-item rentals may require a deposit even when a single item does not.
Accidental damage insurance is always included FREE with your rental. Your maximum liability for damage (your deductible) is the security deposit amount or 10% of the value of the equipment, whichever is greater. Accidental damage insurance does not cover equipment that is not returned at all (lost or stolen).
Note that the selected receive date is a Saturday. We offer Saturday delivery as a rush service for our customers who need equipment ASAP. However, UPS shipping charges are typically at least $30 more for Saturday delivery. (Add to cart for a shipping quote.) If your schedule permits, consider choosing Monday for the receive date instead.
We're sorry, this item is not available to rent for the above dates because all units have prior reservations. Try changing the rental dates or check availability on similar models.
The selected dates are invalid. Please select an end date that is later than the start date, and a total span no more than 60 business days.
This kit combines a great projector (Optoma EP728), a compact DVD player, and a compact sound system (Mackie SRM150). It takes a little more setup than our all-in-one DVD projector, but you get a brighter picture and much louder sound as a result.
This kit is great for outdoor movies, and other movie showings in spaces larger than a living room. The projector and sound system are also great for connecting to your cable or satellite receiver to watch a big game or other televised event. Use the DVD player to watch some movies big-screen-style before or after the game.
Setup involves connecting three power cords, a video cable between the DVD player and the projector, and an audio cable between the DVD player and the sound system. An instruction sheet is included.
A VGA monitor cable is also included in case you want to connect a laptop to the projector for another part of your event (not necessary for showing a DVD movie).
A three-way power adapter is included in case you need to connect all three of these items to one outlet or extension cord.
Please Note: The projector remote control is not included, but it is available by request. The projector remote will control power and menu settings on the projector, but it will not control your computer, PowerPoint, or slideshow. Please check out the PowerPoint projector remote rental if you will need a remote for your computer or slideshow.
Mac Compatibility
All our projectors will work with a Mac. A VGA adapter is required. If you will be using a Mac, please check to make sure you have a VGA adapter, or add the Projector Connector Pack for Mac to your cart.
